Hi guys as i told u earlier i have studied in Hindi medium,"U.P Board",which is considered one of the toughest board in India.In third year second semester after the exams we have to sit for the placement, the dream of all students who take admission in engineering to get placed in their 'DREAM COMPANY' or any company. 90% students take admission for this placement.
During month march we have seen PPT's (Pre Placement talk,where different company's representatives come and tell "why should we join their company , what are the benefits they are going to provide more than other company"). Lots of companies came the first one was Tcs then Wipro,L & T info tech and so on....but i had attended only TCs as it number one software company of India .Their H.R's(Human Resource) came and told us about lots of things about the Tcs. After listening all that i have decided to sit in Tcs. That was suppose to be the first company that was about to come......for our placement.
There are two steps for their selection process one is apptitue round, second one is personal interview (Technical and H.R) . In apptitude test they chek genarally I.Q level of student, there are three sections in that one is verbal ability, second is analytical ability and last one is maths section. Frankly speaking it very easy to clear the first round for the Tcs as their first two sections are from one single book named"Baren's GRE 12th edition",if some one reads model test papers from that book anyone can easily crack first round...next is maths section that comes very easy for sample paper one can refer to www.freshersworld.com ,near about 300 students appeared for the aptitude test and near 220 selected for second round.. i was one of them who cleared first round.
Now here it comes the final lap....my interview was by 26 of June.in the early morning by 9am we were asked to present there. boys were told to wear Formals along with Tye and girls were told to wear "salwar suit",mostly our college uniform.me along with my friends reach to college by sharp 9 am. There was curiosity and fear both along with excitement too as this was going to be my first interview which was going to decide rest of my future..... we were asked to go sit in one room and they will cal us one by one. my tern was came by the evening 5 pm till then all of friends have given their technical as well hr both and waiting as result was suppose to be out near by 9 pm. till the evening i was totally afraid what to do as i haven't taken my breakfast as well lunch,but who care for that as next few moments are going to be the deciding factor of my life and carrier... ...
